Where our responsibility begins and ends

This page sets the boundaries of what 珩宇网络科技 is accountable for when you use the site and buy our services. Read it alongside the Privacy Policy — that one covers data; this one covers risk and liability.

📅 Last updated: 2026-10-27 📌 Scope: this website and all services offered on it 🔗 Read with: Privacy Policy

In one breath

If you only read three lines, read these

  • What we sell is technology and virtual goods — after delivery, how you use it is your responsibility, within the law.
  • We keep services running with reasonable care, but no online service can promise zero downtime or zero loss; keep your own backups.
  • Third-party links, ads and payment channels are not under our control; their own terms apply once you leave our pages.

Contents

1. Website content and information

We keep it accurate; we cannot promise it is always current

The content on this site — product descriptions, tutorials, pricing pages, news announcements — is provided for general reference and to help you decide what to buy. We work to keep it accurate, but features change, prices get adjusted, and a page may lag behind the product for a short while.

  • Prices and availability shown on a page are indicative until an order is placed and paid. The order page amount at checkout is the binding figure.
  • Tutorials and technical write-ups reflect the environment at the time of writing. Versions, panel software and upstream services change; re-validate before applying to production.
  • News and announcements are historical records. A statement about a past version is not a promise about the current one.
If you spot an error on any page, telling us is appreciated — use the Contact Us page. Corrections go live quickly.

2. Source code and digital goods

What you do with it after download is your business — legally

We sell or deliver source code, templates, systems and related digital files. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, delivery means the file or download link is handed to you.

  • Intended use. Products are meant for lawful purposes: learning, legitimate business deployment, commissioned development. You are responsible for how you run them.
  • Compliance. If a product touches regulated areas (payments, gaming operations, user data, content publishing), getting the licenses and filings required in your jurisdiction is your responsibility. We do not ship "ready-to-operate-without-a-license" guarantees.
  • Third-party components. Many products include open-source or commercial third-party libraries, panels or services. Their licenses and terms apply in addition to ours.
  • Modifications. Once you modify the code, we cannot be responsible for issues introduced by those modifications. Support covers the code as delivered.
  • No resale of our delivery as-is. Reselling our files unchanged as your own product, or redistributing paid downloads publicly, is a breach of the sale terms.
Plain version: we sell you a tool and stand behind it as delivered. We do not sell immunity from the law, nor a guarantee of profit from running it.

3. License keys and virtual goods

Once the key is out, the transaction is done

Card keys, license codes, membership cards and recharge products are virtual goods. Their nature determines a few hard rules:

  • Delivery is final. Once a key or card number has been shown or sent to you, the product is considered delivered. We cannot "take it back", and we do not offer refunds for delivered virtual goods — please verify exactly what you need before paying.
  • Handle keys carefully. A key is a bearer credential: whoever holds it can redeem it. Do not post keys in public channels. If you leak a key, we cannot restore it.
  • Verification and unbinding. Where the product includes key verification or device-unbind services, the rules and limits are described on those product pages. Requests outside those limits may be refused.
  • Third-party issuers. Some keys are issued by upstream vendors (platforms, game publishers). Their activation, region and expiry rules apply; we can assist with delivery issues but cannot override upstream policy.
  • Mis-purchases. Wrong product, wrong region, wrong duration — tell us as soon as possible before the key is revealed. After reveal, we will help where we can, but a refund is generally not possible.

4. Server, hosting and ops services

High uptime is a goal, not a guarantee of zero downtime

Server rental, cloud instances, panel setup, game-server deployment and ongoing ops are sold as services with clear boundaries on the order or proposal page. In addition:

  • Availability. We target high availability and act on incidents quickly, including outside business hours for emergency outages. No online service can promise 100% uninterrupted operation; planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
  • Data backup. Unless a backup service is explicitly purchased, backing up your data is your responsibility. Keep off-server copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
  • Lawful use. Servers may not be used for content or activity illegal in the mainland-China jurisdiction or prohibited by the upstream datacenter — spam, attacks, gambling, pirated content distribution and similar. We may suspend on documented abuse or on request of the upstream provider or authorities.
  • Root access. Once you hold root/admin credentials, changes you make are yours. Recovery work caused by misconfiguration may be billed as separate labor.
  • Upstream dependency. The underlying machines and network belong to datacenters and carriers. Their failures, maintenance and policy changes can affect service; we will relay and push for fixes but are not the upstream.

5. Mobile top-up services

Check the number twice — recharges cannot be reversed

Top-up orders are executed against the number you provide. Carriers do not reverse a completed recharge.

  • Verify the number and amount before paying. A wrong number that has been recharged cannot be refunded or redirected.
  • Delays can happen when the upstream channel is congested or the carrier is slow to confirm. We chase these up but do not control carrier timing.
  • Only mainland-China mobile numbers are supported for standard top-up products, as stated on the top-up page.

6. User-submitted content

What you post, you stand behind

Parts of the site may accept content from users — order notes, comments, messages, uploaded screenshots, verification submissions. For that content:

  • You are responsible for its accuracy and legality. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy or the rights of others.
  • We may remove content that breaks the law, these terms, or generates complaints, and may restrict accounts used for repeated abuse.
  • Materials you send us for support or delivery purposes are used to handle your case; see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them.

7. Third-party links, ads and payments

Once you leave our pages, their rules apply

Friend links and external sites

The site lists friend links and pointers to third-party sites (see the Friend Links page). These are operated independently. Their content, products, availability and privacy practices are their own; we do not control them and accept no liability for them. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side.

Advertising

Ad slots carry third-party creative (see the Advertising page). We review creatives against our rules, but the advertiser is responsible for their product, claims and landing page. Report misleading ads to us and we will handle them.

Payment channels

Payments may be processed by third-party channels (balance, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat, etc.). Their rules and risk controls apply during the payment step; card and account credentials are handled by the channel and do not pass through our servers in full form.

8. Force majeure and service interruption

Some things are outside anyone's control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government action, network failures of upstream carriers, large-scale cyberattacks, or failures of third-party platforms we depend on (payment, messaging, datacenter).

In such cases we will resume service as soon as practical and keep users informed where we can. Where a paid service cannot be delivered at all due to such an event, we will settle the unused portion fairly.

9. Limitation of liability

The legal frame, in plain words

Except where the law does not allow it:

  • Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational damage — even if advised of the possibility.
  • Nothing in this page excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
Practical takeaway: keep backups, test before you launch, and talk to us early if something looks wrong. Most problems are cheaper to fix on day one than on day thirty.

10. Applicable law and contact

How this page is updated and how to reach us

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be raised with us and resolved amicably; failing that, they are handled by the competent court at our place of business.

We may update this page as the business or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
