💡 How to redeem
Where do I get the code?

Right on this page after delivery, and in My Orders → Membership cards. We also email it if you left an email address.

How do I redeem it?

Open the platform app, go to VIP / membership, choose "redeem code", paste the code. Validity starts from redemption, not purchase.

What if the code does not work?

Contact support with the order number and a screenshot. Codes that fail on arrival are replaced or refunded to your balance.

Is it for a new membership or renewal?

Both. Renewals stack on top of the remaining days when the platform allows it.

Hengyu membership vs. third-party VIP card?

A Hengyu membership is our own product: it activates the moment you pay, discounts every order site-wide, raises your server quota and comes with bonus points — no redemption code needed. Third-party cards (Tencent Meeting, Bilibili, Youku and others) are services of those platforms and must be redeemed inside their own apps.
